First floor: large mezzanine with telecommuting area, 1 shower room with wc, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 x 190 (can be twinned to 160).
Private area of 500 m², terrace with bioclimatic pergola of 100 m², private above-ground swimming pool (4x6 m, 30 m³, 1m30 deep, open from June 1st to September 30th). Plancha grill. Parking.
