Upstairs: large mezzanine with Telework area, 1 shower room with wc, 2 bedrooms each with 2 beds 80 x 190 (can be twinned to 160).
Private area of 500 m², 100 m² terrace with bioclimatic pergola, private above-ground Piscine (4x6 m, 30 m³, 1m30 deep, open from June 1 to September 30). Plancha grill. Parking.
