After a 700 m-long white path through the woods, where the deer may have invited themselves, you arrive at the Domaine des Chassins.
The Holiday cottage du Renard is adjacent to another Holiday cottage and close to the owners' private estate.

All on one level: living room with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area (Sofa bed clic clac), one bedroom with a 160x200 bed. Then one step leads to the bathroom and toilet.
TV in the living room and in the bedroom. Board games. Internet (ADSL) via a repeater. Air conditioning in the living room.
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, potty, changing pad.
Outdoors: a 20 m² private terrace overlooking the garden and the unsecured pond, patio furniture, and lounge chairs.
Shared facilities: covered area with barbecue, bocce court, playground with slide, swing set, bicycles, ping-pong table, molkky, shuffleboard, badminton net, and Piscine. The 8x4m Piscine, 1.50 m deep, is fenced and equipped with an alarm; it is heated by a heat pump from May 15 through September 30 and is accessible from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Security cameras are installed on the property but do not monitor the Piscine or the patio.
Animals on the property (donkey, pony, chickens). Hiking trails nearby; the Charente River is 10 minutes away.
