This detached, single-storey gîte is housed in the former bakery of a hamlet in southern Charente.

Living room with kitchenette, bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), shower room, separate toilet.
Terrace 60 m², private courtyard 50 m², private garden 500 m², grounds 1 hectare. with gantry. Games: badminton, pétanque. 6 bicycles available (4 for adults, 2 for Kids).

    SERENITE

    Impeccable ! La propriétaire est accueillante et très agréable, prête à donner des renseignements. Le logement est décoré avec goût et le grand terrain permet la détente et de trouver de l'ombre ( ce qui n'est pas négligeable en ces périodes de canicule).
    Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.

    Warm welcome in the cognac region

    Lovely welcome to a wonderful rural gite with nice arty touches. Owner so friendly but not intrusive. Close to many pretty towns of the Charentais in the heart of Cognac. Good for people wanting a peaceful retreat but not for modern connectivity. Kids wanting fast internet will be disappointed. Basic service available close to owners house but not in gite.

    Gite au calme près des vignes de Cognac. Très grande gentillesse de la propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié la fraicheur du gite lors des jours de canicule.
