A vacation home in an old miller's house, on a farm 15 km from Angoulême.

This renovated stone miller's house is located on a farm, 100 m from the Nouère river.

Raised first floor (access via ten steps): kitchen, dining/living room (with wood-burning stove) with access to raised wooden terrace, bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room, wc. Upstairs: bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and 1 single bed (90cm), wc with washbasin. Private enclosed courtyard, portico, table tennis, bicycles available. Electric vehicle charging station. Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Baby equipment: cot, high chair, bathtub, potty, protective barrier at top of stairs. WIFI Internet access (box). Heating to be paid for on site, wood included. Pets allowed with supplement, and only by prior agreement with the owner. Owner's swimming pool located 30 meters from the gîte, available for a fee as follows: €25/day of use, from 06/15 to 09/30, Sundays, Mondays and Thursdays from 2 pm to 8 pm, weather permitting. Piscine not heated by heat pump but covered by a safety cover. Piscine dimensions: 8 m x 4 m, 1.20 m to 1.60 m deep. Option to be paid on site to owner according to use.
