15 m² enclosed private terrace. 15 m² living room with kitchenette (mini-oven, 2-burner induction hob, microwave, fridge with freezer), bedroom with double bed (140cm) and shower room with toilet. 60 m² garden (to be shared with owners), parking in enclosed area, electric barbecue. WIFI. Electricity charged at 8 kWh per day. Non-smoking cottage. Air-conditioning. 6 km from electric vehicle terminals (Géant Casino, Intermarché, Boulangerie Ange).

Parfait

Très bel accueil au gîte du Lavoir d'Argence. Gîte très agréable, au calme, propre et très bien. Lit fait à l'arrivée, cadeaux d'accueil très appréciable .Environnement fleuri du jardin. Rien ne manque dans le gîte. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse de Nicole et Henri . Nous recommandons. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.
