In the heart of a small village in the Cognac vineyards of Grande Champagne, a large, comfortable group gîte for family reunions or gatherings of friends, very close to Cognac.

Group gîte accessible to people with motor disabilities, set in a 19th-century building on a small shady square. Rates vary according to number of people and season (please contact us). The adjoining village hall can be rented with the gîte. ONHR and Jeunesse et sport listed for the reception of minors.

Ground floor: living room, kitchen (washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee maker, assorted dishes…), 1 wheelchair-accessible bedroom (160 bed + 2 bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower), 1 bedroom (4 bunk beds, bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower). First floor: 5 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with toilet (1 with 4 90 beds, 1 with 2 90 beds, 3 with 4 bunk beds).
55 m² terrace with barbecue, 6 deck chairs, 4 lounge chairs, and outdoor furniture (chairs and tables).
Internet access via modem.
Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair.
Bed linen provided. Large parking lot next door. Tourism and Handicap certified (physical, mental disabilities). “Green deposit” of 50€ for recycling household waste.
