Set in 13 hectares of unenclosed grounds, this rental property is ideal for families, with its swimming pool, numerous games and leisure facilities to delight young and old alike.
After a 700 m-long white path through the woods, where the deer may have invited themselves in, you arrive at the Domaine des Chassins.
The Chevreuil holiday cottage is adjoined by another holiday cottage and the owners' house.
Ground floor: living room, fitted kitchen, dining area, sitting room with wood-burning stove (supplied) and sofa bed, shower room and separate WC.
Upstairs, via a steep staircase: 1 low-ceilinged gaming area for Kids, bedroom with 160x200 bed + baby bed, 2nd bedroom with 1 90x190 bed + bunk beds with 2 90x190 beds, shower room and WC.
TV in living room and in each bedroom. Internet (ADSL) via repeater. Air-conditioning in living room and lounge.
For babies: baby bed, high chair, bathtub, potty, changing mat.
Outside: private 15 m² terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.
Shared: covered area with barbecue, bowling green, portico with slide, swing and seesaw, bicycles, table tennis, molkky, shuffleboard, badminton net. Piscine 8x4m, 1.50 m deep, fenced and alarmed, heated from May 15 to September 30, open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Pond not secured.
On-site cameras with no view of the Piscine or terrace. Pets allowed.

Ayant vécu 40 ans en région parisienne et amoureux de la nature, nous avons décidés de déménager en 2019 avec le projet d'ouvrir des gîtes. Nous avons donc acheté le domaine des Chassins afin de vous accueillir dans un cadre reposant en pleine nature. Pour arriver à notre but, 5 ans de travaux ont été nécessaires. En espérant que le lieu vous sera agréable et que vous passerez un excellent séjour.

Chloe Séjour très agréable
Le gîte est vraiment très agréable, calme, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons passé 2 semaines très reposantes. Laetitia et son mari sont vraiment disponibles et très sympathiques.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu exceptionnel.

NG Superbe séjour en charente
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux en famille chez Laetitia et Philippe ! Le gîte est un véritable havre de paix, niché dans un environnement verdoyant et parfaitement calme — idéal pour se ressourcer. Mais il y a également un panel d’activités tout autour pour ceux qui le souhaitent.
Voyager avec deux enfants en bas âge n’est pas toujours simple, mais ici tout est pensé pour les familles : jeux extérieurs, piscine sécurisée, équipements complets (lit bébé, chaise haute, etc.), et beaucoup d’espace pour qu’ils puissent s’amuser en toute tranquillité.
Le logement est impeccable, parfaitement équipé, très propre, et décoré avec goût. Laetitia et Philippe sont des hôtes adorables, discrets mais disponibles, toujours prêts à rendre service avec bienveillance.
Nous recommandons ce gîte les yeux fermés à tous ceux qui recherchent un séjour reposant, confortable et adapté aux familles. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!
