In the heart of the typical village of Saint Angeau, a Charentais house built of local stone, with an enclosed area ideal for children (spa in summer, outdoor games).
First floor: living room with dining area and lounge, open-plan kitchen, wc, boiler room. First floor: bedroom with 160cm bed, bedroom with 2 90cm beds, wc, shower room with double basin and whirlpool shower.
36 m² open-air terrace, 500 m² enclosed area with small green area, landscaping and children's play area (swing, trampoline, table tennis). 3 bicycles available.
Outdoor spa (July and August).

Michèle UN GITE BIEN SITUE MAIS PEU PRATIQUE
Un beau gîte avec des petits jardins à thème, mais peu pratique (on ne peut pas manger dans la cuisine, l'escalier menant aux chambres est très raide), situé dans un village calme. Des propriétaires sympathiques et un très beau cadeau d'accueil.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à l'avis client et nous sommes satisfaits de lire que vous avez apprécié l'environnement et l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires. Concernant la cuisine, il est précisé dans l'annonce que l'espace repas est dans la salle à manger située juste à côté de la cuisine. Quant à l'escalier, il est en photo sur le site Internet et jusqu'à présent, nous n'avons jamais eu de remarques. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés si vous avez été en partis déçue. Accueil sympathique des propriétaires, avec un assortiment de bons produits locaux en cadeau. La maison est située en cœur de village, à proximité directe des commerces, mais aussi des chemins de randonnée. Il a fait très chaud mais la maison est facile à rafraîchir et le jacuzzi a été bienvenu ! Le terrain clos a été fort apprécié de notre chienne. Premier séjour en Charente, nous avons apprécié !

Oakhurst59 2 week stay at gite des quatre saisons
Good things - very comfy beds great internet good outdoor space always lots of hot water very friendly owners
Things that could be improved- lots of cobwebs dust under sofas etc gite could do with a real good clean and maybe some money spent on a new kettle and a microwave we had to buy a chopping board and a baking tray! Overall we had a good stay and just a few things could make the gite even better!- Cleanliness

I am delighted that you had a pleasant stay with me and I thank you for your kind appreciation of my welcome, bedding and exteriors. I am sorry if you found any dust. I'll be even more vigilant next time but usually customers are always happy and I'm very attentive. The microwave is not new but it is in good condition and works well. There are 3 chopping boards and oven dishes but I will check, as well as the kettle. I am truly sorry as I want my holidaymakers to be satisfied. Yours sincerely.
