This spacious gîte with private enclosed garden is located on a Charente estate surrounded by Cognac vines. It is entirely independent.
Living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, two bedrooms (access by 4 steps to bedrooms and bathroom), one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90cm beds, shower room, separate toilet. Carport for small vehicle. To be shared with the Bed and breakfast and the Group holiday cottages: unsupervised swimming pool (12 x 6 m), surrounded by a wall with security gate, open from June 1 to September 15, weather permitting, and summer fireplace to extend the evening. Internet connection (WIFI). Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub. Exhibition of old farming implements.

Madame Matignon vous accueille en toute convivialité sur le domaine familial entouré de vignes de la Grande Champagne du Cognac, comprenant la maison principale, le gîte des Collinauds avec sa cour fermée, ainsi qu'un ancien moulin à huile et à farine aménagé en gîte de groupe. Elle vous fera découvrir ce qui fait l'attrait de ce pays où l'on élabore ce que l'on appelle la liqueur des dieux: les paysages mais aussi les hommes. Vous pourrez encore apprendre comment l'on vivait sur le domaine il y a plus d'un siècle grâce à l'exposition de calèches et de vieux outils.

Vous avez profité de votre séjour pour arpenter les chemins de grande champagne et découvrir la richesse de nos paysages vallonnés. Je suis satisfaite que le lieu vous ait reposé grâce au calme et vous remercie d'avoir laissé la maison dans un très bon état de propreté malgré le trajet qui vous attendait. Très belle fin d'été, bien à vous.
