First floor: living room, kitchen, bedroom with 1 bed 140, bedroom with 2 beds 90 or 1 bed 180, bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: mezzanine with sitting area (convertible 140), bedroom with 1 bed 140, separate shower and wc adjoining the bedroom. DVD player, WIFI with fiber.
Private 150 m² garden, 20 m² terrace. Games area (badminton, ping-pong...) and swimming pool 6x12 m. with unsupervised counter-current swimming, protected by fence + roller shutter (open July, August and September), to be shared with 2 Holiday cottages and the owner.
Baby Equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Heating to be paid on statement.
Poss. loc. 3 Holiday cottages (18/20 pers.).
Dogs must be kept on a lead and on the first floor.
