Although it is a semi-detached house, it offers complete privacy thanks to its private entrance and secluded garden, located on the opposite side of the property. An ideal setting to enjoy the tranquility of the Countryside in complete peace.

On the ground floor: spacious entryway, fully equipped kitchen with a central island and dining area in front of the wood-burning stove, TV room with a gaming room for Kids, bathroom, and separate toilet. The upper floor is accessible via two staircases—either from the main living room or from the TV room.
