Spacious gîte in a fully-renovated 17th-century house, in the heart of a quiet, leafy setting. This stone house, typical of the Charente Limousine region, is located in a village on the edge of the Limousin region, 45 km from Oradour sur Glane.

First floor: large entrance hall, kitchen, living/dining room, 1 bedroom with 160cm bed and private shower room/WC, gaming room, linen room, WC. First floor: 1 large bedroom with 4 90cm beds, shower room, WC, 2 bedrooms each with 140cm beds (one with shower room and WC, the other with bathroom and WC).
Covered and uncovered terraces, private enclosed courtyard, vast 2700 m² private garden with 4x8 m swimming pool (open from mid-June to end of August), woodland. Table tennis, pétanque court, swing.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Bed linen and towels provided, Beds made on arrival. Heating extra (or €80 at weekends).
