Gîte in a stone house with private wellness area (sauna, balneotherapy), on a wine estate in the heart of the Cognac vineyards, near the Charente valley.

First floor: Wellbeing area (with sauna and balneotherapy, aromatherapy and light therapy), living room with kitchen, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom with 140x200 bed, 1 bedroom with 1 140x200 bed on a platform and 2 80x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140x200 bed and private shower room, laundry room, wc, shower room.
Private 40m² courtyard overlooking the surrounding countryside and the Hiking trail, bordering a small village lane. Piscine on a plot 50 m away, shared with two other Holiday cottages and the owners (access from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., and open from May to September, weather permitting).
WIFI Internet access.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair.
Bed linen and towels provided, Beds made on arrival (heating charged at €60/week).
Visit to the farm (cognac, vin de pays and truffles) and vineyards.
