Ground floor: living room with fully equipped kitchen including a microwave with oven option and a dining area with high bar. Accessible by 3 descending steps: 1 bedroom with 140 bed, a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, ideal for children with play area. Private enclosed garden with covered terrace. Large electric plancha.
Internet, CD player, radio.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, potty.
Electricity to be paid on statement. Pets accepted only on the ground floor. Non-smoking gîte.
In July and August, from 10 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., you will enjoy the 10 x 5 m swimming pool, shared with 2 guest rooms. You will also have access to the courtyard (deck chairs, garden furniture). For the swimming pool, time slots can be chosen, in order to maintain the privacy of each family. Walks from the lodge. propriétaires disponibles et sympathiques
seul bémol la fiche technique de gîte de france mentionne une piscine chauffée ce qui n'est pas le cas!!!
piste d'amélioration : les photos d'accueil montre une piscine avec un dôme qui en réalité a été retiré...une mise à jour des photos serait utile.

Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de répondre à l'avis client et nous sommes satisfaits de voir que vous avez passé un agréable séjour dans ce gîte. La piscine était bien couverte d'un dôme mais uniquement en avant et après saison, sinon le dôme chauffe trop l'eau en période estivale normale. Malheureusement, la Charente a connu des températures matinales exceptionnellement très froides début août, ce qui a refroidi l'eau de la piscine. Afin de ne pas décevoir, les photos ont été changées et la piscine n'est plus précisée comme chauffée. Nous sommes désolés si vous avez été en partie déçus. Au plaisir de vous accueillir à nouveau ! Charming sanctuary
5/5This is a lovely cottage, with everything our family needed for a wonderful relaxing week. The gite is compact but has everything a family of 4 needs. The children loved the upstairs playroom. The weather was fine all week, which meant we ate outside all the time, so the fact that there isn't a huge amount of room inside was no problem.
The pool and barn were fabulous. There are some small owls we saw most mornings who live in the rafters and the cat was a much loved companion.
Jonathan was a perfect host, present if needed but we were otherwise left alone.
Chadurie is charming, there is a nice tennis court a short walk up the hill. The area has everything one might be looking for in terms of castles and towns and activities. We had a perfect week of relaxation here. WOuld highly recommend.- Cleanliness 5/5

Un gite au top!
5/5Nous sommes une famille de 2 adultes et 3 enfants et avons passé un super séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé, au calme tout en étant bien situé pour découvrir le sud de la Charente (Angoulême, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, chateaux du coin...). La propriétaire est aux petits soins et la piscine est top! On recommande vivement!!!
