At the gateway to the Périgord region, this spacious gîte is located in the heart of the countryside, in a quiet, leafy setting.
First floor: living room with kitchen and sitting area, bedroom with double bed (140cm), shower room, wc. First floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bedroom with 1 single bed (140cm).
Terrace, large private garden (2000 m²). Table tennis.
Baby equipment: cot, highchair, changing mat, bath, potty.
Sheets provided.
Heating payable on site, according to consumption. No smoking.

Famille94 Merveilleux séjour
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans le gîte de Beauregard, isolé des routes et au grand calme. Le gîte est très confortable et bien équipé, avec des fenêtres à double vitrage appréciées par forte chaleur.
Nous remercions vivement les hôtes pour leur grande gentillesse et leurs attentions - les produits du jardin furent un régal. Nous reviendons certainement pour poursuivre la découverte de la Charente, ses châteaux, églises romanes et musées.- Cleanliness

H-Walker Gite de Beauregard
As before, we received a very warm welcome by the owners of the gite who are also friends of ours. The only comfort I would like to mention is a gite of this size would benefit from having a second bathroom and toilet upstairs.
The kitchen was very well supplied with plates but was severely lacking in dishes. Similarly, plenty of spoons and forks but only 4 knives to be found.
