At the gateway to the Périgord, in a typical village of the southern Charente, this gîte adjoins another gîte and has been converted into a former presbytery, near the church.
First floor: kitchen, living room, lounge, wc. First floor: 1 bedroom with double bed (140), 1 bedroom with 4 single beds (90), shower room with wc. 36 m² terrace, shared courtyard. Hiking trails. Baby bed, high chair, bathtub available. Electricity to be paid on site (on request). Payment on site by cheque or bank transfer only. No WIFI connection.

The kitchen is new, and the bathroom upstairs is too. The Gite was larger than we imagined. It was very clean and we were very comfortable there. They had left us some Jus de Pomme in the fridge which was delicious. The welcome was very well organised and we would highly recommend this gite.

YVEROUSMAR Au calme
Petit séjour très agréable (2 nuitées)
Lieu calme sauf à partir de 7H le matin réveil en "fanfare, Ding-Dong et Ding Dong !!!)
Une habitude à prendre sans doute!
Le matelas de la grande chambre est à revoir tout de même.
Les lunettes des toilettes à resserrer.
A la belle saison ce lieu reposant doit en valoir "la chandelle"- Cleanliness

Bonjour, nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié votre séjour dans notre gîte. Effectivemment la cloche du village rythme notre vie locale de 7h à 19h. Quant au matelas, les avis divergent, nous allons donc le changer. Merci d'avoir indiqué qu'il fallait resserrer l'abattant des toilettes, c'est chose faite ! N'hésitez pas à revenir aux beaux jours ! Sincèrement. Mme le Maire.

Geronimo Gîte Salle Lavalette
Excellent séjour dans cet ancien presbytère géré entre la commune et Gîtes de France. Très propre, tout confort et spacieux.
Il y a une boulangerie et un restaurant à moins de 100 mètres.
En plein bourg de ce village très calme.
Très bon accueil.
