Gite set in pleasant surroundings on a property with swimming pool, in the Cognac vineyards.

In the heart of the Cognac vineyards, renovated stone house on a Charente property with swimming pool. Pleasant setting overlooking vineyards, located between Angoulême and Cognac.

Gîte with separate entrance, adjoining the owner's house and close to another gîte. First floor: 44 m² living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge, laundry room with toilet. Upstairs: two communicating bedrooms (one with 1 x 160cm bed, the other with 2 x 90x190cm beds), shower room, wc.
A 20m² terrace at the rear of the gîte includes garden furniture and a gas barbecue in summer.
To be shared with the owners and another 6-person gîte: shared 2000m² garden with swimming pool (10x5m, protected by a wall and gate), open from July 1 to August 31, 10am to 7pm, pétanque court, carport available. Possibility of garage for motorcycles.

Cot and high chair available.
Sheets and kitchen linen provided. Towels for hire (€10/person/week).
Heating extra charge (€50/week), from October 1 to April 30.
