Comfortable, spacious, single-storey gîte for two people, in a detached house near the owners' home. Private garden and terrace, in a fully enclosed Charentaise property. All shops are within walking distance in the village.
Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area (sofa bed available on request). One bedroom, a shower room with large shower and toilet. Outside: 12m² private terrace and 120m² private area opening onto the owners' shared courtyard, 2500m² fenced garden to be shared with the owners, 4x9m heated swimming pool to be shared with the owners, open from 06/15 to 09/30, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Parking on site, bikes and canoe for hire. Baby equipment: cot, booster seat, bathtub and high chair. Wifi via box, access to over 200 channels, Netflix and connected speaker.

Accueil chaleureux. Petites attentions bien appréciées de la part des propriétaires. Le logement est très agréable, avec tout le confort voulu. Grand écran tv bienvenu. Echanges sympathiques et "bons tuyaux" quant aux commerces de la commune d'une qualité exceptionnelle. Notre chien a été lui aussi très bien accueilli. Commune et gîte où il fait bon vivre. Nous recommandons à 100%.

Très bien sous tous les points, sauf pour le jardin qui était noté "clos et privatif" lors de ma réservation, alors que c'est une cour/parking commune aux propriétaires.
