In the heart of the Vineyard of Cognac, close to the Charente valley, you can choose between Hiking trails, water sports on the river, or lazing around the Piscine! A completely independent rental, hidden behind its typical porch and local stone walls, you'll hear nothing but birdsong or the braying of donkeys.

Access to the house via a grand staircase leading to a 66m² private terrace.
Large entrance opening onto living room, dining room with fireplace (only on request during holidays) and equipped kitchen, laundry room with 2nd refrigerator, 2 WCs, shower room, 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160x200 beds and 1 with 2 90x200 beds (can be twinned to form 1 180x200 bed), 4th bedroom with 160x200 bed and private shower room.
