This fully restored former army social center dating from 1852 is full of charm! You'll appreciate the spaciousness, comfort and exposed beams upstairs. The Holiday cottage is located close to the owners' house, each with its own private, unoverlooked space.

On the first floor: living room with large television (190 cm) equipped with numerous channels (Netflix, Canal+, Disney...), piano and English billiards table, then a fitted kitchen equipped with a wood-burning stove, and a games area with table soccer, table games, darts and comics. Meals are served in the dining room, which opens onto a room dedicated to the year-round 6-seater Spa. Toilets and laundry facilities (washing machine, dryer provided by the owners on request) are located on the ground floor. Access to the private riverfront terrace is via the kitchen from the gaming room. Upstairs, a large landing with sitting area and desk leads to 5 bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room and WC. The first bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200), the second is a family room with 2 twin beds (80 x 200) and a sofa (160 x 200), the third has a double bed (160 x 200) and a sofa bed for 1 person, and the fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a bed (160 x 200) or 2 twin beds (80 x 200) and a sofa bed for 1 person.
Internet access with 5G fiber optic cable. For babies: high chair, Umbrella bed, bathtub, stroller and booster seat. Outside: 120 m² private terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs and table tennis, 600 m² private open space. Property of 10 ha accessible for walks and 2 picnic areas on the water's edge.
