Spacious, bright and comfortable rental recently renovated. It is located on the outskirts of a small, peaceful village in northern Charente, close to cultural sites and nature.
First floor: spacious living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Separate WC and bathroom with large shower.
Access to the first floor via a staircase in the living room:
- Bedroom 1: bed 140
- Bedroom 2: bed 140
- Separate WC
Outside: 180m² private enclosed courtyard, 16m² covered shed with garden furniture and barbecue.
Baby equipment: cot, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, potty.
Electric heating and electricity included. Bed linen and towels provided. Wifi internet connection.
ATTENTION: gîte not suitable for recharging electric vehicles.

Les propriétaires de ce gîte sont vraiment très accueillants et sympathiques. Le gîte est parfait, spacieux et très bien équipé. Très propre aussi bien l'intérieur que l'extérieur. Endroit très calme et pratique pour des visites.
