On the outskirts of Cognac, this single-storey gîte has been converted into a restored stable with private terrace.
Dining room/kitchen, living room (with 2 BZ), bedroom (1 bed 140), wc, shower room. Various games, books and comics available.¶ Baby equipment on request: Umbrella bed, changing mat.¶ Common area, to be shared with 2 other Holiday cottages and the owners: 3000 m2 wooded park, enclosed and bordered by vines, heated swimming pool (10 x 5 m, with protective barrier - depth 1.50 m all around, 1.70 m at deepest) open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. in July and August - unsupervised, gantry, slide. WIFI. Weekday arrivals from 6pm.
Bike rental option: 10€/day, 50€/week - Deposit: 80€/bike.

Gîte dans la grande propriété des hôtes comportant un autre gîte, avec accès indépendant. Fonctionnel et confortable. Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Espace piscine super agréable avec transats.

Rbk Super gîte !
Super séjour dans ce gîte, avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. Les pièces sont spacieuses et agréables. Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui est un vrai atout. Il est toujours agréable de « rentrer à la maison » dans le gîte. Belles grandes pièces, mais nous étions surtout à l'extérieur. Super belle piscine, beau grand jardin et beaux équipements de jeux pour les enfants. Hôtes très sympathiques. Bel emplacement, facilement accessible !
