Access to "night" area via 3 steps down: bathroom, WC, washing machine area, 1 bedroom with bed 140 x 190 and TV, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 120 x 190 and a Sofa bed clic clac 140 x 190 for 2 people, 1 bedroom with bed 140 x 190 and private shower room/WC, accessible either via the second bedroom, or via its private outdoor terrace.

Outside: private 70 m² terrace with private 3 x 6-metre swimming pool, protected by a tarpaulin with bars, 1.35 m deep, open from May 1 to September 30, a pond with unsecured koi carp, a vast 3,000 m² garden planted with trees with hammock and trampoline, barbecue and garden furniture.
Entrance to the property is shared with a rented studio. Private parking on site.
