First floor: - 2 small bedrooms with double beds (160 x 200: 2 twin beds 80 x 200) - WC.
- Small sleeping area (4m²) with an extra single bed (80 x 200). Basement: - 2 bedrooms with two single beds (80 x 200) each (2 of which can be twinned in 160) and an extra single bed (80) each. - One bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200) which can be twinned in 160. - Bathroom block with 2 separate showers. - Wc. Outside fittings: - Large courtyard with parking area, terrace, artificial lawn - Arbour. 12 deckchairs. - Heated above-ground swimming pool (5mx2m, 1.10m deep) from May to end-September and accessible from Easter to the 11/11 weekend, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions. Operation: - Heating included, subject to meter reading. - MAXIMUM CAPACITY 15 PEOPLE, baby included, WITHOUT ADDITION. - Possibility of renting the Holiday cottage for 7 people only during certain periods, see reference 17G842829. - Prefer arrivals and departures on Fridays and Sundays.

mer gîte St Palais
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gîte, les 3 salles de bain, les literies étaient très confortables, le portail qui ferme la propriété, l'extérieur avec l'espace piscine, repos et pergola qui doit être très apprécié l'été. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Super weekend malgré un weekend très pluvieux, mais tout est prévu pour se divertir dans la maison, fléchettes, baby foot...

Nini La maison de vacances idéale !
Week end pour un regroupement familial. Tout était parfait, l'emplacement idéal. La maison est vraiment super, la disposition intérieure est bien pensée, l'espace vie spacieux, sans oublier la déco au goût de tous les occupants. Le plus : la salle de jeux pour les enfants. L'extérieur piscine et coin repas très apprécié. Tout cela dans un quartier calme. Sandra est une hôte très sympathique, nous aurions bien aimé prolonger le séjour, tous ont émis le souhait d'y revenir car ils ont passé un excellent WE à la villa CAP MER 17. Une belle découverte !

CarolineCoub Gîte parfait pour grand groupe
Gîte très bien pensé et bien fourni pour 12 personnes, tant en terme d'espace que de vaisselle par exemple. Les horaires d'arrivée et de départ ne sont pas optimales en revanche (19h un peu tard / 10h un peu tôt lorsqu’en plus le ménage est fait pas les locataires) mais la propriétaire est plutôt arrangeante dans la mesure du possible. La piscine n'est pas grande mais elle est chauffée et a "le mérite d'être là", puisque de toute façon pour des baignades plus longues la mer est à 1 petit kilomètre. Possibilité de tout faire à pieds pour les bons marcheurs (20-30mn environ pour aller au marché, plage, resto...)
