jo location Île d'Oléron
Cette location est parfaite pour un couple, au calme, à 800 mètre de l'océan, très propre, avec tout le nécessaire, la literie est confortable.

Super séjour, dans ce gîte très agréable et très bien équipé. Un propriétaire très gentil, très accueillant et attentionné.

Véro Très agréable séjour
Toujours un grand plaisir de retrouver la Côtinière et le gite, pour la troisième fois ! Nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits : gite très bien placé, à 10 mn à pied des commerces et de l'océan, position centrale pour visiter l'île, et un très bon accueil.
Gite très propre et fonctionnel. Petite terrasse très agréable. Tout est parfait !
