Laëtitia welcomes you to Domaine Bardon. “Tournesols et le petit chai” is a fully renovated rural holiday cottage consisting of two adjoining units, 17G93344 and 17G93345 (no interior connecting door). Chaunac is 15 minutes from the Jonzac spa town and its “Les Antilles” water park.
Meals can be enjoyed in the large dining room of the Tournesols holiday cottage.

“Le Petit Chai” holiday cottage:

- Air-conditioned kitchen / living room / lounge.
- 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (160 x 200). Bedroom 2: one double bed (160 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 190).
- Shower room / toilet.

Outdoor Amenities for Both Holiday Cottages:
- Private, enclosed patios with patio furniture and grills.
- Large, shared, unfenced garden with the owner, approximately 5,000 m².
- Shared ping-pong table, trampoline, badminton court, and pétanque court.
- Heated Piscine, open from April to October depending on weather conditions and regulatory restrictions. Dimensions: 10 m x 6 m. Depth: 1.1 m to 1.55 m. Secured by an alarm.
