Chaunac is 15 minutes from the Jonzac spa town and its “Les Antilles” water park. Nestled within a wooded park, the estate invites you to relax, enjoy good company, and discover the region’s treasures.

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (Bed 160 x 200).

- 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with three single beds (90 x 190); Bedroom 2 with one double bed (160 x 200) and one single bed (90 x 190). Bedroom 3: one double bed (160 x 200) and two single beds (90 x 190).
- Bathroom / toilet.

Outdoor amenities:
- Private enclosed terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue.
- Large, unfenced shared grounds with the other Holiday cottage and the owner’s property, approximately 5,000 m².
- Shared ping-pong table, trampoline, badminton court, and pétanque court.
- Heated Piscine, accessible from April through October depending on weather conditions and regulatory restrictions. Dimensions: 10 m x 6 m. Depth: 1.1 m to 1.55 m. Secured by an alarm.
