How to make the most of a dark 34m² shed adjoining the dwelling, with independent access on one level? In less than 6 months, we designed and built a luminous, comfortable and cosy apartment, particularly popular with couples, singles and low-income families.

BED AND BREAKFAST. The Tournesol bed and breakfast adjoins the 17th-18th-century dwelling with independent access on the street side and 4 guest rooms in the dwelling.
Kitchen / relaxation area / bedroom with a 2-person bed (2 twin 80x200 beds). Shower room / WC. 2 washing machines and dryers available in a laundry room on the property.
Lounge/library board games room, billiards room, dining rooms.
4-hectare wooded park with animals. Outdoor games.
Recharging station for electric vehicles (HAGER equipped with three sockets, one of 7 kwh and two of 3 kwh), operation to be arranged with the owners on site.
Table d'hôtes weekdays by prior arrangement (€30/person) except on public holidays and July-August, subject to administrative restrictions.
