Very comfortable, quiet, independent-access Holiday cottage, twinned with gîte 17G65061, adjoining the owners' house on a wooded property.
Kitchen / living room / sitting area. Heated shower room. WC.
2 bedrooms. First floor: bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x200); first floor: bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x200) and an extra single bed (90x200).
Private enclosed terrace and small garden and access to the large garden next to the secure communal indoor swimming pool (10m x 5m and 1.50m deep) open from May to September, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions.
Shared table tennis.
Heating subject to meter reading.

Jolie maison ancienne, en retrait du village, au milieu de la verdure.
Bon accueil et piscine de la propriété accessible, très agréable.
Gîte calme et idéal pour se poser, profiter des alentours et de l'océan à 30mn.

Magnifique séjour ! Belles vacances de fin d'été en terre de Leuze !
Magnifique séjour dans un lieu calme, entouré d'un écrin de verdure et d'une faune surprenante. Nous avons apprécié ce gîte simple et fonctionnel, où nous avons pu parcourir à vélo les pistes cyclables des alentours (chemins de la Seudre, marais de Broue et de Brouage...) et découvrir les côtes charentaises. Cela nous a donné envie de revenir en vacances dans cette belle région et d'en parler autour de nous.
