Nous avons passez un séjour en famille sur un week-end de 3j! Les lieux sont absolument incroyable et magnifique nous n'avions jamais vue une telle maison. Décoré avec classe et goût!!!! Tout a ete gérer par la conciergerie de Delphine, qui es absolument super et très professionnelle.
Nous avons eu un incident absolument indépendant de notre volonté et de celle des propriétaire, mais Delphine a ete disponible et très réactive pour nous aidé au mieux!!!!
Gite de france a su gérer le dossier de la réservation a la sortie comme des chefs. Que ce soit la gentillesse ou le professionnalisme . Rien ne remplace l'humain et vraiment c’est un service de qualité et des personnes formidables. Merci a Émilie de gite de france Charente maritimes d’avoir pris le dossier en main , pour son ecoute , sa bienveillance et pour une indemnisation exceptionnelle au vue de ce que nous avons vécu a la fin du séjour....- Cleanliness
