- On a private floor, a family room consisting of 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and television. Reduced rate for 1 or 2 persons only.
- Office, library.
- Private bathroom and toilet.
- Breakfast served at the owner's table on the first floor.

Outdoor facilities:
- Enclosed garden and terrace with garden table and lounge.
- Possibility of parking vehicles in the church parking lot 50m away (the church rings from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., but there is no nuisance as the house is very well insulated).
