This detached Holiday cottage, located behind the owner's house, benefits from a large plot of enclosed land planted with trees and flowers.

Interior layout:
Ground floor:
- Sitting room / living room / kitchen (extra bed sofa for up to 2 people at no extra charge) .

- One bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).
Upstairs (secure staircase at the top with wicket door):
- One bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190).

Annex (5 m):
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

Outdoor facilities :
- Piscine heated (May to October) and covered with a dome (80cm high) shared with owner. Dimensions 8m x 4m, depth 1.5 m. Accessible all year round, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m., subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions, secured by rigid roller shutter.
- Private Spa and Sauna area available on reservation (minimum 24 hrs in advance): €20 per 1/2 hour (additional time on request).
