Detached rural gîte, located at the end of a cul-de-sac. Opposite the owner's house, the gîte benefits from a large plot of enclosed land planted with trees and flowers.

In annex (5 m):

Upstairs (secure staircase at the top):
- Bedroom with 2 single beds.

Exterior layout :
- Heated swimming pool shared with owner, accessible from May to September, 9am to 7pm, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions.
- Shared spa and sauna area on reservation (minimum 24 hours in advance): first 30 minutes free, then €30 per 1/2 hour.
- Communal enclosed garden.
- Private terrace with garden furniture.
- Barbecue.
- 4 deckchairs.
- 1 enclosed parking space at property entrance.
