Propriétaire très sympa et dispo. Maison super bien située à 15min à pied du vieux port et de l'intramuros. génial le parking dans la location car hyperdifficile en ville.
Maison simple à prendre en main , tout est facile. Chambres toutes à l'étage donc pas pour mobilité réduite. Parc de fraicheur au bout le la rue et plage à 5 minutes à pied.

Arthur Mars à La Rochelle
Accueil convivial des propriétaires. Très agréable gîte, très bien équipé et idéalement situé au centre de La Rochelle. Quasiment une semaine sans voiture!

Mr & Mrs Crocker Excellent house & in a perfect location
We really enjoyed our stay at Maison D'Enfance, the house is fabulous and in a great location. The kitchen is well stocked, with all new appliances and the house overall is very comfortable. It's great to have access to the back garden with the table and chairs, along with a BBQ. We loved that we could walk straight into La Rochelle centre, either by the beach/harbour route or the road - it was so convenient for us. Philippe and Sylvie were great hosts, making us most welcome and taking time to explain how everything worked. There was also space to park our car which was a bonus. We would certainly recommend this property and will be looking to visit again. Thank you!!

Céline Séjour parfait
Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants, la maison était idéalement située:proche de la mer, des commerces, du port; tout était accessible à pied. Le plus: emplacement sécurisé pour garer la voiture.
La maison était très fonctionnelle, joliment décorée, d’une propreté irréprochable.

Tintin et Lolo Séjour inoubliable
Maison dans un beau quartier, au calme, à qq minutes du centre de La Rochelle.
Le Pass Océan proposé par l'office du tourisme nous a permis de faire de magnifiques découvertes dans cette belle région de la Charente maritime.

Birgit Angenehmer Aufenthalt in La Rochelle
Wir sind sehr nett durch die Gastgeber mit einem Gastgeschenk empfangen worden. Uns wurden die Zimmer gezeigt und die Benutzung von Geräten erklärt. Die hübsche Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Auf der Terrasse im Garten konnte man gut essen und sich erholen. Ebenfalls gab es Sitzmöglichkeiten auf dem Balkon. Die Umgebung ist ruhig.
Wir konnten unser Auto und unsere Fahrräder sicher auf dem Grundstück abstellen.
Innenstadt und Strandpromenade sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ebenso Bistros, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.- Cleanliness
