Corinne and Philippe welcome you to this small, renovated studio between the church and the port. The motto here is "Put the car down and do everything on foot". City center with shops, Market (3 times a week), restaurants: 300m from the Holiday cottage. And if you fancy a swim, just pedal over to the beach or the Piscine at Marennes-plage, 3 km away. Between the Ile d'Oléron and Royan, Marennes, the land of oysters, promises an iodized vacation.
Studio for up to 2 people, adjoining the owners' house, on garden level / courtyard.
Interior layout:
- Fitted kitchen with dining area.
- Bedroom with 2-person bed (140x190) and relaxation area.
- Shower room / WC.
- Terrace with garden furniture, lounge, 2 deckchairs and a small terrace on the bedroom side.
Exterior layout:
- Private outdoor space: gravelled courtyard with flowers (owners may pass by to water).

Nantais Excellent logement
Gite conforme au descriptif : avec un agencement récent, le logement est très agréable et bien situé. Notre toutou a également apprécié le grand jardin. L'accueil très sympathique des propriétaires a également contribué à se souvenir de notre beau séjour.

Superbe séjour à Marennes . Très bon accueil de Philippe et Corinne, de plus très bon conseil pour la restauration ou pour les visites ( Fort Louvois, Brouage Etc..).le gite est fonctionnel, bien agencé avec de belles prestations.la batterie de cuisine est complète.
