Halfway between Angoulême and Bordeaux (60km), this comfortable gîte at the crossroads of 4 departments (Charente Maritime, Charente, Gironde and Dordogne) is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, with its heated indoor pool. Ideally located, it's within easy reach of vineyards, forests, hiking trails and the green cycling route.

In a quiet hamlet, Holiday cottage adjoining the property. Independent entrance not overlooked.

Interior layout:
First floor
- Kitchen/living room (fireplace)/lounge.
- WC.
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), shower room/WC (Handicapped access), and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).

Upstairs, secure staircase with Kids barrier.
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and a single extra bed.
- Shower room / WC.

Outside layout :
- Unenclosed private garden with swing, trampoline, pétanque and volleyball court, bicycles (adults and Kids), gaming room (ping-pong, table soccer), hammock, darts.
- Access to the Spa on request: €30/hour, (1 hour free if staying 2 weeks), accessible all year round from 9am to 10pm and subject to administrative restrictions.
- Access to the indoor PRIVATE-USE POOL (8m x 4m and depth: 1m to 1.5m), heated all year round (access + launching system for the disabled and accessible subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions). Daily maintenance by the owner in the evening and pool heating/electricity costs paid by the owner.
- 6 deckchairs.
- Garden furniture.

Operation:
- Paid electricity (heating + reversible air-conditioning) for Holiday cottage only.
- Wood provided.
- Bed linen provided (adult bathrobes).
