Halfway between Angoulême and Bordeaux (60km), this comfortable gîte at the crossroads of 4 departments (Charente Maritime, Charente, Gironde and Dordogne) is fully adapted for people with reduced mobility, with its heated indoor pool. Ideally located, it's within easy reach of vineyards, forests, hiking trails and the green cycling route.

In a small, quiet hamlet, a rural holiday cottage attached to the main property. Separate entrance with no direct view from neighboring properties.

Interior layout:
Ground floor
- Kitchen/living room/family room.

- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), bathroom/toilet (handicapped access), and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x190).

Upstairs, staircase secured at both top and bottom with a child safety gate
- 2 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200), and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and an extra bed.
- Shower room.
- Toilet.

Outdoor amenities:
- Private, fenced-in garden with a swing, pétanque and volleyball courts, gaming room (ping-pong, foosball), hammock, darts, and elliptical trainers.
- Access to the Spa upon request: €30/hour (1 hour free with a 2-week stay), open year-round from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, subject to administrative restrictions.
- Access to the indoor PISCINE for PRIVATE use (8m x 4m, depth: 1m to 1.5m), heated year-round (access + entry aid for people with disabilities; subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions). Daily evening maintenance by the owner; the owner is responsible for the Piscine’s heating and electricity costs.
