WC. 3 bedrooms (1 bed 180x200 + shower room), (2 beds 1 person), (1 bed 180x200). Private enclosed garden and parking. Plancha grill. Piscine (6m x 3m with depth: 1.20m) heated from 02/04 to 30/09, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions. Year-round heated 3-seater Spa (outdoor). Possibility of comfort pack (bed linen, towels, table and pool towels). 8 deckchairs/sunbeds. Weekends and short stays = outside school vacations, January to March and October to December. All charges included. All payment methods (except bank cheques) and cancellation insurance are available for contracts drawn up by the reservations department.

Gîte conforme à la description
4/5Les photos et le descriptif correspondent parfaitement au gîte. Aucun problème à signaler. Les chambres sont grandes ainsi que les salles de douche.
La pièce principale ainsi que la cuisine sont très bien équipées.
Possibilité de laisser les vélos sous le porche qui est fermé à clés.Seul bémol : l'accès pour les voitures (beaucoup de ruelles) et les parkings si vous venez avec plusieurs voitures.

Le gite idéal
5/5Deuxième année passée en famille dans ce gite idéal en famille avec un enfant.
Maison très fonctionnelle, piscine, spa, petit jardin, tout y est pour passer de supers moments. Au calme et très proche du centre de la Flotte, village animée super agréable. A cela on ajoute un accueil très convivial et sympathique.

Joli gîte
5/5Gîte très agréable pour 2 familles. Attention un peu compliqué pour l accès et le stationnement des gros véhicules. Le ménage et les draps sont des options beaucoup trop coûteuses et devraient être inclus dans le tarif de la location qui est déjà très élevé pour la prestation. Sinon le gîte est bien situé, on peut tout faire à pieds. La déco est sympa et la propriétaire, voisine, très disponible et à l écoute.
