The Holiday cottage LE CHAI is located in the heart of a property comprising 2 other holiday rentals and the owner's house. Interior layout: Ground floor: - Air-conditioned kitchen/living room - Bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) and single bed (90 x 200cm) with en-suite shower room/WC - First floor: - Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (160 x 200cm) with en-suite shower room.

Outside layout: - Private, unenclosed terrace with garden furniture. - Large, enclosed communal courtyard with barbecue and plancha area. - Communal wooded park/garden. - Communal Kids' play area (board games, table tennis, etc.) - Shared, heated, saltwater Piscine, open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, from May to September depending on weather conditions and administrative restrictions, secured by a gate. Dimensions 4m x 9m. Depth 1.40 m. - 10 deckchairs around the pool. How it works: - Heating and electricity included. - Free public parking lot outside the property (140 m), luggage storage in the courtyard on arrival and departure. - Bed linen provided.
