Our traditional gîte is located in the countryside, among vineyards, fields and woods, just 15 minutes from the ocean beaches (Royan, Saint Georges de Didonne, Pontaillac, Saint Palais).

In a small hamlet, LAVANDE self-catering cottage adjoining the owner's house and close to Holiday cottages 17G72077, 17G72177 and 17G72179. Tours of the family distillery, cellars, vineyards and product tasting available on request.

Interior layout :
- Kitchen / Living room / Lounge.
- One bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a single bed (90x190). Bathroom / WC with separate shower and whirlpool bath.

Outside layout :
- Private garden and enclosed terrace.
- Large garden with Piscine shared by the 3 Holiday cottages, heated (10m x 5m) accessible from May to September, subject to administrative restrictions. Shared Spa with free access all year round, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions.
- Shared Sauna and Sports hall.
