L’appartement est très bien situé, à côté du centre ville accessible à pieds. La résidence est calme, l’appartement très bien agencé et équipé, très lumineux. L’accueil a été très agréable. Un classeur donne toutes les informations sur les services à proximité ! Le garage est très appréciable et sécurisé.

Excellent séjour avec un accueil de Betty au top et grande gentillesse. Dommage que l'abonnement fibre télé, ne soit pas disponible, qui permettrait l'hiver, de regarder d'autres chaînes que les basiques de la TNT.
Le parking est très apprécié dans cette ville piétonne comme maintenant beaucoup de villes.

Un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement spacieux très bien situé au calme, avec tout le confort souhaité, très très bien équipé et très propre, nous nous y sommes senti bien. Nous avons adoré La Rochelle, nous reviendrons pour une autre occasion, le marathon a été un pur moment de plaisir.
