ALL INCLUSIVE Holiday cottage adjoining another Holiday cottage (17G51210) located in the hamlet of LAMBERNIERE, not overlooked, peace and quiet assured. In the heart of the Vineyard, the City of Cognac is 20 minutes away and Saint-Jean-d'Angély 20 minutes.
Holiday cottage on one level.
Interior layout :
- Kitchen / living room.
- Living room with extra sofa bed for 2 people (50€ / person / week).
- Wood-burning stove (in living room).
- Shower room / WC.
- One bedroom with a 2-person bed (140 x 190).
- One bedroom with two single beds ( 90X190).
Outside layout :
- Private terrace and enclosed garden.
- Barbecue.
- Communal enclosed park on property (with Holiday cottage 17G51210 and owner).
- Shared pétanque court, table tennis.
- Enclosed parking shared with the other Holiday cottage.
- Piscine shared with the other Holiday cottage, unheated, 10 m x 5 m, secured by rigid curtain, accessible from May to September, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions. (Daily maintenance of the Piscine by the owner).

Alexandre Une très belle réussite pour une première année
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Brigitte et son Marie.
L’accueil c’est très bien passé, vous bénéficierez d’un véritable écrin, un havre ou règne le confort et le calme.
La demeure est très tranquille, l’espace commun avec le jardin et la piscine est magnifique.
Un seul mot, superbe !
Restera juste quelque commodité à améliorer comme un garde manger pour que tout soit au top !
Sinon tout est au top.
Soyez juste averti que vous êtes en campagne, loin de tout mais l’esprit est là- Cleanliness

Nous avons été ravis de vous accueillir et le sommes tout autant que vous ayez à ce point apprécié votre séjour dans notre cottage.
Nous prenons note de votre remarque et essaierons de prévoir un garde-manger supplémentaire.
Concernant notre situation en campagne, nous ne pouvons pas la changer. D'autant moins que c'est précisément, je crois, ce que recherchent et apprécient les vacanciers qui viennent chez nous.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour. Nous étions quatre adultes et deux bébés. Notre location était propre et pratique. Le jardin clos avec sa terrasse, et son barbecue sont un gros plus.
Les espaces communs sont très bien entretenu. La piscine est tout simplement magnifique.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

We had a superb two week stay. Area is quiet and perfect for running, walking and cycling. La maison was was perfect, modern kitchen, bathroom and clean throughout. Easy drive to Saintes, Cognac, Royan/Rochefort (beach), Aulnay, Melle, St-Jean-d'Angely all great places to visit.

Gite récemment rénové très bien équipé tant à l'intérieur (ustensiles cuisine, vaisselle) qu'à l'extérieur (piscine,jeux, mobilier d'extérieur)
