Upstairs, slightly steep, secure staircase with Kids' gate:
- 2 bedrooms, one with a 2-person bed (140 × 190), one with 2 single beds (90 x 190), a 2-person bed (140 x 190) on landing at no extra charge.

Outside layout:
- Enclosed garden shared with the owner (very little owner traffic).
- Private garden furniture.
- Barbecue.
- Courtyard at the back of the Holiday cottage, shared, not enclosed, with 2 reserved parking spaces.
