Holiday cottage adjoining the owner's house, not overlooked. Located in the center of the village of Grézac, within a shared enclosed property.
Ideal for 5 people, but can accommodate up to 8.

Possibility of an additional bedroom with a 2-person bed (180 × 190) made up of 2 twin beds: supplement of €70/person/week and €120/person/week (very high season).
