In the heart of the magnificent Charente-Maritime countryside, between footpaths and bike paths (5 bikes available without helmets or jackets), 20 minutes from Royan, 25 minutes from Saintes and 15 minutes from the first beaches.

A holiday cottage adjoining the owner’s home, with no direct neighbors across the way. Located in the center of the village of Grézac within a shared, enclosed property.
Optimal capacity of 5 people, but can accommodate up to 8 people.

Upstairs:
- 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1: one double bed (180 × 190) consisting of 2 twin beds that can be joined; Bedroom 2: one double bed (180 × 190) consisting of two single beds that can be joined; Bedroom 3: one double bed (180 × 190) consisting of two single beds that can be joined.
Option for an additional bedroom with a double bed (180 × 190) consisting of two single beds that can be joined: supplement of 70 € per person per week and 120 € per person per week during peak season.

- Private garden area within the shared gated property.

- Access to a private above-ground Piscine (8 m × 5 m), unheated, available from May through October depending on weather conditions and administrative restrictions, from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

- Reserved, unguarded parking spaces on the property (4 vehicles).
- Option to rent a reception hall (for birthdays, family reunions, etc.) on the property 50 meters away; check with the owner for terms and conditions.
