Holiday cottage, entirely renovated, adjoining the owner's house, limited vis-à-vis, located on the Rochefort / Saintes axis (approx. 50m from the D137); the cottage openings and private courtyard are opposite the main road.

- Barbecue.
- 2 deckchairs.
- Piscine shared with the owner, unheated but covered by a dome (security). 13 m X 5 m, 1 m to 1.7 m deep. Open from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. from May to September, subject to weather conditions and administrative restrictions.
- Boules pitch and table soccer.
- Free street parking or possibility of parking in owner's enclosed courtyard (see conditions with owner).

Christina Séjour merveilleux - traumhafter Urlaub
Nous avons passé deux semaines merveilleuses chez Sandrine. La maison est exceptionnellement bien équipée : il ne manquait absolument rien. Le jardin est magnifique, et pendant la periode du canicule nous avons pu profiter pleinement de la piscine.
Sandrine est une hôtesse très sympathique et serviable.
Nous recommandons ce logement de tout cœur et n’hésiterions pas à le réserver à nouveau.Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Sandrine verbracht. Das Haus ist außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet - es hat an absolut nichts gefehlt. Der Garten ist traumhaft, den Pool konnten wir während der Hitzwelle bestens genießen.
Sandrine ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Fanny Séjour parfait
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Le gîte est en parfait état, propre et fonctionnel. Une mention spéciale pour l'équipement : tout était prévu et beaucoup d'équipements à disposition notamment dans la cuisine.
