- Bathroom / Toilet.

Outdoor amenities:
- Shared enclosed garden and courtyard with a private outdoor seating area (the owner may access the property for outdoor maintenance and to access their outbuildings).
- Private terrace in front of the living room and a private terrace under a covered area above the Piscine with a relaxation area.
- 8 m x 4 m above-ground pool, 1.2 m deep, heated, shared with the owner. Accessible from May to September depending on weather conditions and administrative restrictions. Secured by an alarm.
- 4 lounge chairs.
- Gas grill.
- 2 reserved parking spaces in an enclosed courtyard.
