- Large living room with TV, Kids' play area, 2-person sofa bed (140 x 190), supplement €50/person/week.

- Gas plancha.
- 2 deckchairs.

Functioning for all:
- Pay-per-use heating (statement). Electric heating for a fee (statement) and pellet stove with pellets provided by the owner.
