- Large living room with TV, Kids' play area, 2-person sofa bed (140 x 190), supplement €50/person/week.

- Chargeable electric heating (metered) and pellet stove with pellets donated by owner.
- Possibility of recharging electric vehicle at GREEN UP socket (shared by Holiday cottages), for a charge of €5 per charge.
