Just 30 minutes from Ile d'Oléron and its beaches, 20 minutes from Saintes and its ancient ruins, from Rochefort, a spa town facing the ocean, from Marennes, city of oysters, from Royan, a seaside resort, and close to the wild coast (Ronce-les-Bains, La Palmyre), come and discover our character-filled gite, nestled in a countryside landscape ideal for relaxation. La Rochelle is 45 minutes away, and the châteaux of La Roche-Courbon, Panloy and Crazannes are 20 minutes from the gite.

A recently built, single-story, detached rural holiday cottage with exposed stone walls, located near the owners’ home.

Interior layout:
-Kitchen/living room/family room.
-Mezzanine with a steeply sloped ceiling and a pull-out bed (not suitable for kids).
- One bedroom with a double bed (180x200).
- Shower room.
- Toilet.

Outdoor amenities:
- Terrace with patio furniture.
- A second small terrace under a shaded pergola, in a private, enclosed garden.

Operating Information:
- Electric heating charged based on meter reading.
- Two beehives in the owner’s garden, located 50 m from the holiday cottage (honey for sale from the owner).
